Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Foldery. This policy explains when you can get a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Foldery Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

This applies to:

Subscription renewals

After the first payment, recurring Monthly renewals are not refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you no longer wish to be billed.

How to request a refund

Email us at [email protected] from the email address you used for the purchase, and include your Lemon Squeezy order number. We will process eligible refunds through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection law, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal that applies in addition to this policy. This policy does not limit those rights.
